Ordering (United States only)

By ordering from SimplyEZ, LLC., you are agreeing to the terms and conditions contained on this page.

We offer our US customers four different payment options.
 
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards.
 
Purchase Orders: We accept certain corporate, government and educational purchase orders, pending a successful credit check and approval by our credit department. Those customers applying for credit must complete and sign our credit application agreeing to our 30 day net terms, provide us with a valid D&B number, plus trade references.  Payments are to be received by SimplyEZ within the 30-day TERMS from the shipping date stated on the invoice. If an account becomes delinquent from agreed terms, the balance will bear interest at the lesser of the rate 1.5% per month (18% APR) or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, until the entire balance is paid.
 
Pre-payment with bank check, money order, company check or personal check.  There is a $30.00 service charge on each returned check. Product will not ship until your check has cleared, if you need product in hurry, pay by wire transfer, money order, certified check, credit card or complete our credit application so that we may accept your checks in the future. Bank Wire transfer of the funds to SimplyEZ, LLC, Inc. prior to delivery.
 
If you are paying for your order with a credit card, SimplyEZ, LLC ships only to the credit card billing address. For orders over certain limits or shipped to a different address, we will request that you fax us a copy of your credit card along with your signature (except for established customers).

All orders, prices and shipping rates are subject to price confirmation, verification and correction. SimplyEZ, LLC, Inc., is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography, specifications, or application. International Ordering
  • Due to an unusually high incidence of fraudulent orders placed from outside the United States, we regret that we can no longer accept credit cards as payment on international orders. Acceptable forms of payment include certified or cashier's checks and bank wire transfers. Credit cards will only be accepted from established customers.

     Shipping

    UPS Ground shipping times are not guaranteed. We will provide you with an approximate delivery time when you place the order. We do not ship to post office boxes. Please provide a physical address to which we can ship your order. UPS will deliver to your home or place of business even if you do not have home mail delivery.

  • All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee on non-defective items.
  • No Refunds on custom printed products. We will provide PDF proofs for your approval.
  • Shipping & C.O.D. fees & credit card charges are nonrefundable.
  • Damaged or incomplete returns will be refused.
  • No credit or refund authorized after 15 days of receiving goods.

  • Shipping Under A Return Authorization

    Customers may return products purchased from SimplyEZ, LLC, Inc. by calling 1-904-282-3000 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA). Products returned without an RA number will be returned to you, without prior notification and at your own expense. When issued, all RA numbers are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue.

    It is the customer's responsibility to return products according to the following instructions:

    • All products must be in as-new condition and complete, including software, cables, accessories and manuals.
    • Software may be returned only if the sealed package containing the diskette(s) or CD(s) is unopened.
    • All products must be in the manufacturer's original box and packaging.
    • Carefully package products to prevent damage in transit.
    • Clearly write the RA number on each carton's shipping label.
    • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid, insure the shipment or accept the risk or loss or damage during shipment.

    Non-Defective Products

    Non-defective products returned within 15 days will be taken back for full store credit towards the purchase of another product, unless it was a Special Ordered Item that is not in inventory and SimplyEZ incurs a restocking fee from its supplier.  In this case non-defective products returned within 15 days will incur a 20% restocking fee to cover the restocking costs charged by the supplier, the costs of order processing, shipping and freight, and repackaging. 

    In the event (within 15 days from date of Invoice) the product failsto perform as described in the marketing literature, the customer may return the product and will be credited back the full amount minus all shipping and credit card transaction costs. It is the customer's sole responsibility to return the product to SimplyEZ, LLC in an undamaged re-sellable condition. SimplyEZ, LLC, Inc., retains the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of the damaged, missing shipping materials or unusual product usage. It is the customers responsibility to fully insure returned items. If customer fails to insure the return shipment, they accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Damaged, unauthorized or incomplete returns will be refused.


    Return Authorization Credits

    SimplyEZ, LLC, Inc., shall issue you a credit for products returned in accordance with the terms and conditions contained here in in the amount of the purchase price plus sales tax, less shipping charges and any credit card surcharges.

    Dead on Arrival (DOA) Returns

    DOA is defined as product that is inoperable upon first installation for which "time-is-of-the-essence" that claims be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Products that fail after being in use for any period of time beyond 5 days are defined as "defective" and must be handled under the manufacturer's warranty program. Customers must call 1-904-282-3000  to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning the goods.  As soon as the defective product is received, a replacement unit will be shipped to the customer.

    Exchanges (U.S. Only)

    From time to time, SimplyEZ, LLC may, in its sole discretion, exchange defective products or portions of a product. In order to ship the replacement product, you must provide SimplyEZ, LLC with your valid charge card number (American Express, Visa, MasterCard) with expiration date and billing address information as security for return of the replaced part. You will be invoiced for the cost of the replacement product. The invoiced amount is processed against your charge card account only if you fail to return the replaced product within 15 days from the date of invoice. If you return the defective product within 15 days from invoice date, SimplyEZ, LLC will credit the invoice, and your charge card is not charged.

    Warranty

    All USB, Blue Ray, DVD/CD recorders carry the manufacturer's depot-service warranty.  This manufacturer's warranty is usually, but not always, up to one year parts and labor. Check with your sales representative, or with the manufacturer's warranty cards and literature, for specific warranty details. Manufacturers' warranty is sometimes less than one year, and some items may not be covered.  Also, you may be required to pay for shipping the product for repair, at your expense, to and from the manufacturer.  Certain components such as printer heads, printer ribbons, toner and ink jet cartridges are considered consummables and do not have any warranty.   Customers must call 1-904-282-3000 to receive a Return Authorization number prior to returning goods. (See procedure for RA above.)

    This warranty shall not apply to products that have been damaged by unreasonable use, accident, negligence, modification or service work that has been performed by anyone other than a SimplyEZ authorized technician.  If the product is deemed not to be damaged there will be a testing and diagnostic charge. SimplyEZ reserves the right to make the final decision.

    Orders are considered complete when picked up by the carrier. Damage, lost or stolen products in transit are covered by insurance. SimplyEZ, LLC, Inc., when notified by the customer will promptly notify the insurer. The insurance company, not SimplyEZ, LLC, Inc, will handle all reimbursements.

    Deliveries may be left by the carrier without a signature unless you specifically instruct SimplyEZ, LLC, Inc. that a signature is required. SimplyEZ, LLC , Inc. will when possible ship with signature required, however there is no guarantee the shipper will comply.

    It is the customer's responsibility to notify SimplyEZ, LLC, Inc. before shipment of any special shipping instructions.

    Special Note:  In the event that any suit or action is necessary, the customer agrees to pay for all legal fees incurred.

    Important - please noteSimplyEZ, LLC, Inc., shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special, incidental or exemplary damages, including damages for lost profits, loss of use, lost data or for any damages or sums paid by the purchaser to third parties, even if SimplyEZ, LLC has been advised of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall be applied whether any claim is based on principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort breach of any statutory duty, principles or indemnity of contribution, or the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to acheive its essential purpose or otherwise.
